TUL Corporation ha ampliato il proprio catalogo di video card di classe Radeon con tre soluzioni appartenenti alla linea PowerColor HD7730.

Le nuove schede grafiche, le quali risultano essere naturalmente accomunate dalla medesima gpu di AMD, che è basata sull'architettura GCN, intergra 384 stream processor e supporta in hardware la tecnologia DirectX 11.1, sono denominate HD7730 1GB GDDR5, HD7730 2G DDR3 e HD7730 1G DDR3.

Come si intuisce dai nomi dei prodotti scelti dal marketing, essi si differenziano essenzialmente per il frame buffer: mentre in tutti e tre i casi, infatti, il core grafico della gpu lavora a 800MHz, la HD7730 1GB GDDR5 può vantare una memoria locale di tipo G-DDR5 che opera a 1125MHz (4.5Gbps). Le HD7730 2G DDR3 e HD7730 1G DDR3 includono invece un frame buffer realizzato con chip di DDR3, la cui velocità effettiva è pari a 2 x 800MHz (800MHz è la frequenza di clock fisica).

Il bus che collega il processore grafico alla memoria on board è invece a 128-bit, mentre il kit di connettori di uscita delle nuove PowerColor HD7730, che supportano la tecnologia CrossFire, è composto da una porta dual-linl DVI-D, una HDMI e una D-Sub.

TUL Corporation, a leading manufacturer of AMD graphic cards, has released new HD7730 series, which especially targeting at general home computing consumers, offering the most cost-effective performance for every PC users.

Several models will be introduced in the HD7730 series, offering a choice of memory configurations. The HD7730 series is equipped with 1GB of DDR5 and 1G/2G of DDR3; the former runs at 800MHz for core and 1125MHz for memory, the later runs at same core frequency but with 800Mhz for memory.
