Resolved Issues
The
following section provides a summary of the issues that have been
resolved in the latest version of Catalyst for Windows XP Professional
x64 Edition. These include:
- Call
of Duty 2: Playing the game on a system running the Windows XP
Professional x64 Edition and with a dual link display capable of
2560x1600 32bpp no longer results in an off center display that is

- Catalyst
Control Center: The Display Properties aspect is now translated
correctly for Traditional Chinese. Further details on this resolved

- Attempting
to hot-plug a DFP display device using the HDMI-DVI connector no longer
results in the DFP display device failing to display an image. Further

- The
Catalyst Control Center no longer fails to respond after the
installation of .Net 2.0. Further details on this resolved issue can be

- The
setup my display configuration list is no longer blank the first time
it is accessed using the Easy Setup Wizard task. Further details on

- Viewing
TV for several hours under Windows XP Media Center Edition on a system
containing either an ATI Radeon X1300 or an ATI Radeon X1800 no longer
results in an extraordinary long delay in the shut down and no longer
results in Windows XP MCE TV failing to restart. Further details on

- The
ADD button for the Custom mode option found in the Catalyst Control
Center is no longer greyed out when attempting to add the custom mode
of 1920x1080i@30Hz. Further details on this resolved issue can be found

Known Issues
The
following section provides a summary of open issues in the latest
version of Catalyst for Windows XP Professional x64 Edition. These
include:
- Using
Movie Maker 2.1 to capture video under Windows XP Professional x64
Edition results in the captured video being corrupt. Further details

- Attempting
to enable display devices that have been turned off once CrossFire has
been enabled no longer results in the operating system failing to
respond. Further details can be found in topic number 737-21487
- Hot-plugging
an HDTV display device using a smart dongel, to a system that has a TV
connected as the primary display device, no longer results in the HDTV
